The invisible helmet
Cyclists are vulnerable in traffic. This is why it’s required to wear a helmet in different countries. Not everybody wears a helmet because it’s not fashionable or comfortable.
A new Swedish invention means there’s no longer any excuse. It’s the invisible helmet.
The helmet is actually an invisible airbag for cyclists. You don’t wear the helmet on your head, but around your neck.
For example, after you’re hit by a car, the airbag appears. Safe and yet fashionable, according to the makers. This development fits in the current risk-averse tendency that is still increasing in society.
